Lynn Ricchio
Executive Director

In 2014, Lynn became Executive Director after having been Associate Director since 2004. She is a graduate of St. Cloud State University and holds a B.S. degree in Social Work. She is a licensed social worker who was adopted herself as an infant. Lynn worked with birth parents for eleven years, then with adoptive families for 11 years before becoming Executive Director.

Amanda Warner

Amanda became Associate Director in 2014. She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Morris and has a Masters Degree from the University of Minnesota, Duluth. She is a Masters Licensed Social Worker and previously worked with youth transitioning out of foster care in Duluth.

"Adoption runs in my family, and that personal experience means I am especially excited to work with birth mothers. I have great admiration for those women who choose to give such a wonderful gift to an adoptive family and their child."


Ruth Jensen

Ruth is a graduate of Bethany College in Social Work and is a licensed social worker. She has been with Adoption Minnesota and Wellspring for over 20 years. Adopted herself as an infant, Ruth has a special insight into how birth mothers and adopted children see the world.

"I am so impressed and so thankful that my birth mother made the hard decision she did -- to place me with a loving adoptive family where I was able to thrive. I have a special place in my heart for all women who make that choice."

Liz Keller

Liz is a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College and has done graduate work in counseling. She is a licensed social worker in Minnesota and has worked in the adoption field for many years. Liz herself was adopted as an infant, and she and her husband have one biological and two adopted children who are now grown and on their own.

Amy Hook

Amy is a licensed independent clinical social worker with a Masters degree from the University of St. Thomas. She has prior experience working with international adoptions, speaking on adoption panels, and helping with searches sought by birth parents. Amy was adopted herself as an infant.

"Adoption was the best thing that could've happened to me. It shaped who I am, my education and my career. I'm grateful to be able to play in role in the adoption process for others."

Kathi Huenemann

Kathi is a licensed independent social worker with a Masters degree from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. She has many years of experience in adoption, having worked with both international and domestic placements.

"Creating families through adoption is a passion of mine. I have a dream job!"

Joan Lally
Supervisor of Social Services

Joan is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Georgia. Adopted herself, she has been practicing in the area of social work and psychology for over 20 years and brings a wealth of valuable experience to our program.

"Although I don't work directly with clients, I find the area of adoption to be both interesting and stimulating. There is nothing more rewarding than helping create families!"

LaDonna Lemmenes
Administrative Assistant

LaDonna has worked at Adoption Minnesota since 2007. Prior to this, she volunteered at another adoption agency for 4-5 years. Adoption runs in her family. LaDonna's mother, husband, and daughter were all adopted.

"I'm usually the first person you'll talk with when calling Adoption MN. My heart is truly in adoption, and I enjoy helping to provide everyone with the information they need to begin their journey."

Bob Vincent
Finance Director

Bob is a graduate of Yale University and has a Master's Degree from the State University of New York. He has been running non-profit corporations for over 30 years and was the Executive Director of Wellspring from 1989 - 2013. His personal commitment to adoption comes from being the adoptive father of two children, David and Lara. They are both grown and have children of their own, so he is also the grandfather of four girls!
